Who we are
RRC is a UK main contractor based in Liverpool. We work under JCT Design and Build and traditional contracts, as principal contractor under CDM 2015. Our clients are developers, investors, housing providers, and commercial occupiers. We work for them directly or through their project managers and cost consultants.
The business is led by two directors with about 80 years in construction between them. Adam Gallagher runs the commercial side. He has 30 years in construction, 20 of them as a commercial manager, and is a CIMA-qualified management accountant with an MBA. Rob Williams runs delivery. He has around 50 years in operational project management, including work on the MoD estate and at Canary Wharf. Contact us today to learn about how we deliver.

Fit-out, refurbishment and remedial works: Occupied and vacant buildings, including building services upgrades under the leadership.
We manage mechanical and electrical packages ourselves, rather than handing them to a subcontractor to coordinate. On most buildings this is where cost and programme risk sit.
