Why choose us
Two directors on every project
Both directors are involved from the beginning of each project, with Adam overseeing the commercial position and Rob leading site delivery, so cost and programme are considered together.
80 years of combined experience
The two directors bring around 80 years of construction experience, including Adam’s 30 years in construction and Rob’s approximately 50 years in operational project management.
Commercial and operational expertise
Adam brings CIMA and MBA qualifications alongside extensive commercial management experience, while Rob has led complex operational projects.
Adam Gallagher — Director
MBA · CIMA-qualified Management Accountant · 30 years in construction
Adam runs RRC’s commercial side: estimating, procurement, subcontract terms, cost reporting, valuations and final accounts. He has worked in construction for 30 years, including 20 years as a commercial manager.
He is a CIMA-qualified management accountant with an MBA, which is uncommon at the head of a contractor of RRC’s size. For clients, this means a price that is built properly, cost reports you can rely on, and a final account agreed on the facts.
Responsible for: tender pricing, contract terms, monthly cost and value reporting, supply chain payment, change control and final accounts.

Rob Williams — Director
Around 50 years in operational construction project management
Rob runs RRC’s site delivery: programme, sequencing, site management, health and safety, quality and handover. He has worked in operational project management for about 50 years. This includes work on the Ministry of Defence estate and at Canary Wharf, where security, access and programme control are tightly enforced.
Clients get a director who has run complex live sites and knows what goes wrong on a programme before it happens. Rob sets up each project, visits the site regularly and attends progress meetings.
Responsible for: construction planning and programme, site teams, CDM principal contractor duties, health and safety, quality control, commissioning and handover.
How the two roles work together
Every RRC project has both directors on it from the start. Adam signs off the price and the commercial position each month. Rob signs off the programme and the site set-up. When a change or problem comes up, both of them look at it together, so cost and programme are assessed at the same time. Contact us now to learn about us.
